    I walked in mid panic attack, teary eyed and barely even able to explain my little accident but JJ was very respectful and very reassuring.
    Not only did he ease my mind but he walked me through everything step by step down to dealing with my insurance agency! I was under the impression that my car wouldn't be ready for at least a month and in 2 weeks it was ready and basically brand new with snow storms and all.
    They said they would take care of it and not to worry and stood by their word !"

  • "I brought my Benz c43 in for repair about 10 days ago. First of all I just wanted to thank JJ Autobody for doing such a great job on my car. Originally driver side mirror was completely damaged and some dents to the bumper and damaged paints due to the heavy storm a few months ago. I didnt get a chance to have them repair until this month. These two gentlemen I spoke with on the first day were very knowledgeable about the whole process,I told them that the repair will have to go through insurance and they told me they'll take care of everything and that they'll keep me posted as to the progress and it'll take them about 10 days from getting approval from my insurance company to ordering parts and finishing the labor. They called me yesterday to notify me that I can pick up the car today and everything was done very nicely. I appreciate the fact it was done on the day as promised, I needed the vehicle for a long commute tomorrow. Def happy with the job and service"
